Can i pick up my order?
- Yes, Online orders are available for in store Pickup! When checking out you are required to ender your shipping address, but you'll be able to choose "pick up" as your shipping method. Once you place your order, a "order is ready for pickup" message will be sent. Our store hours are posted on google and instagram (@nicholette.shop). Your items will be held for 3 business Days! If order is not picked up after the 3 days, you will be automatically refunded.
What if I made a mistake on my order ?
- Send us an email as soon as possible! Depending on the situation, we should be able to correct your order. Once the order has been packaged/shipped we cannot fix your order!
How long will it take for me to receive my package?
- It can take 1-3 days for orders to be packaged and shipped. Once the package has been shipped, shipping time is 1-5 days.
What if i had a question/concern regarding the vending machine in AZ mills?

- If you made a mistake in your order, you can send us a email and we will try our best to help you. Once the order has been packaged and shipped we do not allow any refunds. You have 24 hrs after receiving your package to ask for a refund on any damaged items (must include photos). Shipping costs and taxes cannot be refunded.
- Please make sure to check if your address is entered correctly when filling in your shipping information. If your package gets returned to Nicholette LLC the items will be refunded. However Shipping costs and taxes will not be refunded!
- Once the packaged has been shipped we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or undelivered packages. You can submit a claim with USPS if any of these things happen.
- If for some reason you did not receive a tracking link/number in your emails or text messages. You can email us or text us on instagram with your order number (if you don't have your order number, you can use the name the order is under) we will then provide you with the tracking info.
